Activities - how the charity spends its money
The Charity provides confidential emotional support to those who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those who may be at risk of suicide, with the aim of improving their emotional health and reducing the incidence of suicide. The Charity operates a telephone helpline which is open 24 hours a day; 365 days a year. Our support allows contacts to explore difficult feelings.
