THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:
TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN IN WALES, BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THEIR NEEDS THROUGH HIGH QUALITY PRE-SCHOOL PROVISION AND CHILDCARE.
