TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION AND THE SAFEGUARDING OF MENTAL HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL DISORDER BY THE PROVISION OF HELP AND EXTRA COMFORTS FOR THE MENTALLY ILL IN HOSPITAL AND AT HOME WITHIN THE CALDERDALE HEALTH AREA.
