Activities - how the charity spends its money
The Doddinghurst Road Church Trust operates under the guidance of its Constitution and Church Handbook and we comply with Section 4 of the 2006 Act with regard to Public Benefit. We offer church services each Sunday and Wednesday where we pray, praise, worship and study. We also operate Care groups at various times in the week. We outreach in our community and overseas.

Charitable objects
THE PURPOSES OF THE CHURCH ARE: 1. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BASIS OF FAITH PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN BRENTWOOD AND THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBOURHOOD; AND 2. SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS SHALL, IN THE OPINION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH IN GENERAL MEETING AND THE CHARITY TRUSTEES, PUT INTO PRACTICE THE TEACHING OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BASIS OF FAITH. PROVIDED THAT THE ADVANCEMENT OF SUCH PURPOSES MUST BE UNDERTAKEN IN A MANNER THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE DOCTRINAL DISTINCTIVES AND ETHICAL STATEMENTS AS MAY BE ADOPTED AND AMENDED BY THE CHURCH FROM TIME TO TIME IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHURCH RULES.
