Samaritans' main aim is to reduce the incidence of death by suicide but we also support anyone in distress of any kind. Samaritans provide a 24/7 support service to anyone distressed or in despair by Freephone telephone line, e-mail and Web Chat. We are also committed to local outreach work to make our service known.
