THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO IMPROVE HEALTH AND TO HELP PEOPLE TO OVERCOME DISADVANTAGE IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR ETHNIC GROUP, RELIGION, GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, DISABILITY OR STATE OF HEALTH
NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
