TO PROVIDE A COMMUNITY TRANSPORT SERVICE FOR RESIDENTS OF TAVISTOCK AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH A SERVICE BECAUSE OF AGE, SICKNESS, DISABILITY (MENTAL OR PHYSICAL), POVERTY OR A LACK OF AVAILABILITY OF ADEQUATE PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICES.
