TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION RESTORATION, ENHANCEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF BUILDINGS AND FEATURES OF HISTORICAL, INDUSTRIAL AND ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST AND IMPORTANCE.
