THE OBJECT OF THE BRITISH MOTORCYCLE CHARITABLE TRUST IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY PROMOTING AWARENESS, APPRECIATION AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE BRITISH MOTORCYCLE INDUSTRY AND ITS HERITAGE. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE COMPANY FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005
