THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF PERSONS OVER 14 AND UNDER 21 RESIDENT IN THE DISTRICT OF ILKESTON (OR WHO ARE ATTENDING A COLLEGE, SCHOOL OR YOUTH CLUB IN SUCH DISTRICT) WHO ARE IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. II. THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS OF AWARDS FOR FURTHER EDUCATION TO YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21. III. THE PROVISIONS OF SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY PARTICULARLY TO THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED.
