Charitable objects
(A) TO PROMOTE THE DETECTION, PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF CANCER AND OTHER DISEASES BY PURCHASING AND SUPPLYING MEDICAL SCANNER EQUIPMENT FOR USE IN THE AREA OF NORTH DERBYSHIRE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE NORTH EAST DERBYSHIRE AND CHESTERFIELD ROYAL HOSPITAL, CALOW, CHESTERFIELD AFORESAID FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC. (B) TO ASSIST IN THE FINANCING OF THE HOUSING AND INSTALLATION OF THE AFORESAID EQUIPMENT. (C) TO ASSIST IN THE COST OF MAINTAINING SUCH MEDICAL SCANNER EQUIPMENT AND ALSO IN THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH MEDICAL SCANNER EQUIPMENT AS AND WHEN REQUIRED. (D) TO PURCHASE A NEURO MUSCULAR ELECTRIACAL STIMULATION SYSTEM FOR USE IN THE AREA OF NORTH DERBYSHIRE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CHESTERFIELD AND NORTH DERBYSHIRE ROYAL HOSPITAL CALOW, CHESTERFIELD AFORESAID (E) TO PURCHASE AND AND OR ASSIST IN THE COST OF MAINTAINING GENERAL MEDICAL AND RELATED EQUIPMENT REQUIRED BY THE CHESTERFIELD AND NORTH DERBYSHIRE ROYAL HOSPITAL CALOW CHESTERFIELD AFORESAID IN CONNECTION WITH THE DIAGNOSIS TREATMENT POSTOPERATIVE CARE AND GENERAL HEALTH CARE AND RECOVERY OF ALL PATIENTS RECEIVING TREATMENT AT THAT HOSPITAL AND FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC OF THE NORTH EAST DERBYSHIRE AREA.
