A) PROMOTING THE MUSICAL AND ARTS EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN AND AROUND THE FURNESS PENINSULA THROUGH THE PROVISION OF LEARNING AND PERFORMING OPPORTUNITIES
B) PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR RESIDENTS ON THE FURNESS PENINSULA AND IN PARTICULAR YOUNG PEOPLE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH.
