THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN WITH PHYSICAL AND/OR MENTAL DISABILITIES LIVING IN KENT BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND PROMOTING THE PROVISION OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEM TO ENGAGE IN EMPOWERING EXPERIENCES DESIGNED TO HELP THEM PARTICIPATE FULLY IN CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC LIFE SUCH AS WORKSHOPS INTRODUCING THEM TO ARTISTS FROM A RANGE OF DISCIPLINES THAT WILL CREATE ART WITH, FOR AND BY THE CHILDREN.
