FOR THE PURPOSES OF FURTHERING LEGAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING BY THE MAKING OF A GIFT OF A BOOK OR BOOKS AND/OR MONIES ONCE IN EACH CALENDAR YEAR TO A PERSON WHO IS OR HAS BEEN ARTICLED TO A SOLICITOR PRACTISING IN THE AREA OF TH STOCKPORT INCORPORATED LAW SOCIETY OR WHO IS SERVING OR HAS SERVED IN AN EQUIVALENT CAPACTY WITH SUCK A SOLICITOR AND WHO HAS OBTAINED THE NECESSARY EXAMINATIO QUALIFICATION TO BE ADMITTED AS A SOLICITOR OF THE SUPREME COURT AND WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES HAS AS A RESULT OF WORK DONE AND SUCCESS ACHIEVED IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH QUALIFICATION BES FITTED HIM OR HERSELF TO PRACTISE AS A SOLICITOR.
