THE OBJECT OF THE CIO KNOWN AS HARPHAM AND LOWTHORPE VILLAGE HALL IS TO HOLD THE LAND AND PREMISES OF HARPHAM AND LOWTHORPE VILLAGE HALL UPON TRUST, AND THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF HARPHAM & LOWTHORPE VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF HARPHAM PARISH IN THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR:
(A) MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND
(B) OTHER FORMS OR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.
