Charitable objects
A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AND EX PUPILS OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT COLLEGE ENUGU, NIGERIA, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE COMPANY THINKS FIT, AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: THE PROVISION OF MENTORING, COACHING AND WORK PLACEMENTS TO ASSIST WITH TRANSITION TO HIGHER EDUCATION, CAREERS GUIDANCE AND PREPARATION FOR WORK; PROVIDING SUPPORT TO STAFF AT THE SCHOOL IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION THAT THE PUPILS RECEIVE; PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF INFRASTRUCTURAL FACILITIES FOR THE SCHOOL. WORKING WITH OTHER ALUMNI CHAPTERS OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT COLLEGE ENUGU, NIGERIA, TO FURTHER THIS OBJECT. (B) TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT BUT IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE MAKING OF GRANTS AND DONATIONS TO, AND VOLUNTEERING FOR, UK REGISTERED CHARITIES.
