TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 30 FROM RUGBY, WARWICKSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS THROUGH SUCH SUPPORT AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM FIT TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
