Our main activities are delivering dance and movement training, workshop programmes and artistic performance for entertainment, health & wellbeing, Culture and Heritage. We create imaginative Dance experiences, nurture self-expression, creativity, physical, mental, spiritual and community health through dance and movement.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE OF ALL AGES IN THE ART OF DANCE AND THE TRADITIONS AND HISTORY OF DANCE. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008
