TO RELIEVE PEOPLE WHO SUFFER FROM A PHYSICAL AND/OR MENTAL HANDICAP,ALSO PEOPLE WHO ARE ELDERLY AND HOUSEBOUND,WHO LIVE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT,NAMELY THE VILLAGES OF NEW BRIGHTON,MINERA,GWYNFRYN,BWLCHGWYN,AAND THE FORMER PARISH OF BERSHAM IN THE BOROUGH OF WREXHAM MAELOR BY THE PROVISION OF A "GOOD NEIGHBOUR" SERVICE SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
