THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO: A) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION AND CHRISTIAN VALUES IN PETERBOROUGH, THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE AROUND THE WORLD; B) PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA SERVED BY THE GREATNESS OF THE ETERNAL CHURCH WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF THE SEX, OR OF POLITICAL, SEXUAL, RACE, CULTURE, LANGUAGE OR OTHER OPTIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER WITH THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, AND RESIDENTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO PROMOTE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE; IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS BUT NOT OTHERWISE, THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER; TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CHURCH HEREIN AFTER CALLED THE GREATNESS OF THE ETERNAL CHURCH AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME IN CO-OPERATION WITH LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER PERSON OR BODY IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS.
