(A) PROVIDING RESOURCES FOR LEARNING ABOUT THE HISTORY OF AND THE ROLE THE RAILWAY HAS PLAYED IN DEVELOPMENT OF THE TOWN AND
(B) PROMOTING THE HISTORIC IMPORTANCE OF THE HERITAGE OF RAILWAYS IN MARCH
