THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROVIDE TRANSPORT FACILITIES IN THE AREA THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY THE ADMINISTRATIVE AREA OF BERKSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING COUNTIES FOR PEOPLE (AND THEIR CARERS) WHO HAVE SPECIAL NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BECAUSE THEY ARE ELDERLY, POOR OR DISABLED OR THOSE LIVING IN ISOLATED AREAS WHERE THERE ARE NO ADEQUATE PUBLIC TRANSPORT FACILITIES.
