FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ‘SOCIALLY EXCLUDED’ MEANS BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE HOMELESS AND/OR VICTIMS OF ABUSE THAT ARE CURRENTLY USING THE SERVICES OF CHARITABLE SHELTERS, HOSTELS AND SIMILAR SUPPORT PROVIDERS.
