THE RELIEF OF NEED OF PERSONS WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND/OR IN FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FREE OF CHARGE HAIRDRESSING SERVICES TO MEET THEIR NEED(S). FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ‘SOCIALLY EXCLUDED’ MEANS BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE HOMELESS AND/OR VICTIMS OF ABUSE THAT ARE CURRENTLY USING THE SERVICES OF CHARITABLE SHELTERS, HOSTELS AND SIMILAR SUPPORT PROVIDERS.
