TO RELIEVE NEEDS AND PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY AMONG CHILDREN LIVING IN ORPHANAGES ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD AND THOSE LIVING IN POVERTY WITH THEIR FAMILIES BY PROVIDING NECESSITIES SUCH AS FOOD, WATER, CLOTHING AND OTHER ITEMS AND BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO ORPHANAGES TO ASSIST IN THE CARE OF SUCH CHILDREN.
