2. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY ASSISTING IN THE FUNDING AND ESTABLISHMENT OF APPRENTICESHIPS TO TEACH THE SKILLS (SUCH AS POLISHING AND CUTTING GEMS) NECESSARY TO PREPARE APPRENTICES FOR WORK IN THE JEWELLERY INDUSTRY.
