TO FURTHER AND SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE HOSTEL AND THOSE WHO ARE AT ANY TIME RESIDENT THEREIN BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE HOSTEL NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED FOR BY THE STATUTORY AND OTHER AGENCIES RESPONSIBLE THEREFORE. 2. TO ASSIST AND SUPPORT (WHETHER FINANCIALLY OR OTHERWISE) PERSONS WHO HAVE AT ANY TIME BEEN RESIDENT AT THE HOSTEL AND WHO BY REASON OF A) ASSAULT OR BATTERY B) HOMELESSNESS OR ANY FORM OF NEED REQUIRE SUCH ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT.
