TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE CHURCHES IN THE ARCHDEACONRY OF STOKE ON TRENT WITHIN THE DIOCESE OF LICHFIELD FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING AND IMPROVING THEIR BELL INSTALLATIONS BY MAKING GRANTS TO THEM.
