TO PROVIDE CAMPING EXPEDITIONS, ORGANISED HOLIDAYS AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPTION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN THE WEST MIDLANDS, BEING FACILITIES (A) OF WHICH SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES; WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE BY PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING.
