A PRIZE TO BE AWARDED ANNUALLY TO THE STUDENT OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AT THE CHARLES KEENE COLLEGE OF FURTHER EDUCATION (OR AT SUCH OTHER COLLEGE OF EDUCATION AS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH TRAINING), WHO IS EMPLOYED IN THE COUNTY OF LEICESTERSHIRE BY A MEMBER COMPANY OR FIRM OF THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS' ASSOCIATION AND WHO IS ADJUDGED TO HAVE PRODUCED THE BEST PERFORMANCE OF ALL SUCH STUDENTS BY REASON OF HIS OR HER EXAMINATION RESULTS, PRACTICAL PROGRESS AND EFFORT.
