TO HELP AND EDUCATE BOYS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES AHAT THEY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
