TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED ACROSS WEST SUFFOLK FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING THE BEST SUPPORT AND CARE SO THAT THEY CAN LEAD RICH AND FULFILLING LIVES WITH THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE AND BY PROMOTING THIS OBJECTIVE TO MEMBERS, BENEFICIARIES AND THE WIDER COMMUNITIES IN WHICH IT OPERATES.
