To provide a centre to offer support and guidance to veterans of HM Armed Forces and Emergency Services. To provide social indoor and outdoor space for veterans to meet, socialise and undertake activities in order to alleviate mental stress, build friendships and improve social networks. To provide office space, free of charge, to organisations and agencies who support veterans.

Charitable objects
1) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF VETERANS OF THE ARMED FORCES AND EMERGENCY SERVICES BY PROVIDING A CENTRE TO OFFER SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO SUCH PERSONS, IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES DIRECTED TOWARDS THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ADVICE, ADVOCACY, SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE. 2) TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG VETERANS OF THE ARMED FORCES AND EMERGENCY SERVICES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING THEM FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN WHICH THEY CAN MEET JOINTLY OR INDIVIDUALLY TO UNDERTAKE CREATIVE, PHYSICAL OR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, LEARN OR PASS ON SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER SOCIALLY. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE 'SOCIALLY EXCLUDED' MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF ONE OF MORE OF THE FOLLOWING FACTORS: UNEMPLOYMENT; FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; YOUTH OR OLD AGE; ILL HEALTH (PHYSICAL OR MENTAL) SUBSTANCE ABUSE OR DEPENDENCY INCLUDING ALCOHOL AND DRUGS; POOR EDUCATIONAL OR SKILLS ATTAINMENT; RELATIONSHIP AND FAMILY BREAKDOWN; POOR HOUSING (THAT IS HOUSING THAT DOES NOT MEET BASIC HABITABLE STANDARDS).
