The Twin Towns Foundation is a totally voluntary, local charitable organisation that works with the Lister Hospital and the local community in Stevenage and surrounding areas. We have 2 key projects this year; to work with the Mens Health Fundraising Committee to raise funds toward Mens Health projects, and to support the town's Twinning Association.

Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE IN IN THE BOROUGH OF STEVENAGE AND THE SURROUNDING VILLAGES, REGARDLESS OF AGE, GENDER, RELIGION, ETHNICITY, OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL CHARACTERISTIC AND ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. THE ADVANCEMENT OF GOOD HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS. 2. THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY. 3. THE ADVANCEMENT OF AMATEUR SPORT BY PROMOTING PARTICIPATION IN AND ACCESS TO SPORTS CAPABLE OF PROMOTING HEALTH. 4. THE FURTHERANCE OF SUCH OTHER PURPOSES THAT ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE. THESE OBJECTS SHALL BE FURTHERED BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, ITEMS, FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND OTHER SUPPORT SUCH AS LOGISTICAL AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT FOR EVENTS IN THE COMMUNITY.
