THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN WHO LIVE IN WALLINGFORD AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA AND WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE BY THE PROVISION OF SUCH SERVICES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE FROM TIME TO TIME.
