TO RELIEVE THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL SICKNESS OF PARENTS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THE LOSS OF A BABY BEFORE 1 YEAR OF AGE OR THROUGH MISCARRIAGE OR STILLBIRTH, BY PROVIDING ITEMS OF CLOTHING FREE OF CHARGE MADE FROM DONATED WEDDING DRESSES TO ENABLE SUITABLE ATTIRE FOR THE BABY AT ITS FUNERAL.
