THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD: 1. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME MAY THINK FIT. 2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: - ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS - PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO NEEDY STUDENTS TO ENABLE THEM TO PURSUE THEIR STUDIES. 3. THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE. 4. THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE TO SICK PEOPLE. 5. SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
