Help school age students develop skills to prepare them for further education, future work and the challenges of life as future leaders. This is achieved by a residential programme, academic support and doing voluntary work and services in the community. This programme is currently carried out in countries in Sierra Leone and in the future extended other African countries

Charitable objects
1)TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN AFRICA, IN PARTICULAR BUT EXCLUSIVELY SIERRA LEONE, AND THE UK BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: (A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; (B) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND (C) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMICAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
