Charitable objects
THE PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH AND RELIEF OF SICKNESS AMONGST UROLOGY CANCER PATIENTS IN THE ISLE OF WIGHT AND SURROUNDING AREAS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING: I) NON-MEDICAL SUPPORT TO LOCAL UROLOGY CANCER PATIENTS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS; RAISING AWARENESS OF UROLOGY CANCER AND IT'S TREATMENT; AND PLANNING ACTIVITIES TO CREATE OPPORTUNITIES WHERE THIS CAN TAKE PLACE. II) A REGULAR FORUM FOR UROLOGY CANCER PATIENTS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, TO DISCUSS ONE-TO-ONE OR OPENLY, THEIR EXPERIENCES OF THE CANCER AND THEIR TREATMENT; FURTHER TO DISCUSS GENERALLY THE CANCER SERVICE PROVIDED ON THE ISLAND AND ON THE MAINLAND. III) A DIRECT LINK BETWEEN SERVICE PROVIDERS, THOSE COMMISSIONING SERVICES AND PATIENTS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS
