THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:
THE RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR PEOPLE REGARDLESS OF AGE OR GENDER THAT ARE RESIDENTS OF THE CHESTER AREA AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE SUPPORT OF THOSE RESIDENTS LIVING IN THE HANDBRIDGE, HOOLE, NEWTON, BOUGHTON AND GREAT BOUGHTON NEIGBOURHOODS WHERE THEY HAVE A SPECIFIC NEED THAT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS MEETING THE ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA OF THE CHARITY'S FUNDING REQUIREMENTS.
