Charitable objects
THE PREVENTION AND/OR RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG ROUGH SLEEPERS AND OTHER HOMELESS ADULTS IN CORBY AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT INCLUDING BY PROVISION OF A NIGHT SHELTER AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES INCLUDING COUNSELLING, MENTORING, HEALTHCARE AND TRAINING, THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION, BY RAISING AWARENESS OF HOMELESSNESS IN THE AREA, AND WORKING TOGETHER WITH OTHER AGENCIES TO REDUCE HOMELESSNESS AND ROUGH SLEEPING, TREAT ADDICTION AND/OR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, AND TO ENABLE PEOPLE TO GAIN INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS, AND MOVE ON TO STABLE ACCOMMODATION.
