THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, NAMELY WATFORD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA:- 1)THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND ANY NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE ADULTS WHO FIND IT HARD TO GAIN EMPLOYMENT TO LEARN SKILLS FOR EMPLOYABILITY AND TO PROVIDE PRACTICAL HELP AND INFORMATION IN DIFFICULT TIMES, INCLUDING CLOTHES PACKAGES, HOME START-UP "PACKS" FOR EXAMPLE, SHEETS, PILLOWS, QUILTS AND LIVING ACCESSORIES FOR EXAMPLE CROCKERY AND CUTLERY; AND 2)TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL ASPECTS CONCERNING THE CARE OF CHILDREN IN ORDER TO PROMOTE MORAL AND FAMILY WELFARE AND IN PARTICULAR THE CARE AND UPBRINGING OF CHILDREN AND GOOD PARENTING SKILLS.
