Activities - how the charity spends its money
We have information and resources to help anyone affected by post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and trauma. We also work with organisations, who support people of all ages, to provide free workshops; drum beat circles, art, play, movement and improvisation that can help reduce symptoms of PTSD and trauma.
