Charitable objects
1. TO PREVENT AND RELIEF THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN PEOPLE OF AFRICAN ORIGIN AND WHO ARE RESIDING IN ENGLAND AND WALES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE WEST MIDLANDS BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND HEALTHCARE PROJECTS. 2. TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE AFRICAN COMMUNITY IN THE WEST MIDLANDS WHO ARE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY 3. THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN AFRICAN COUNTRIES BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, HEALTHCARE PROJECTS AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY SUPPORTING THE CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES (CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES) OF THE TAWASAL FOUNDATION TRUST FUND IN KENYA
