Charitable objects
THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (“OBJECTS”) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE: (1) THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY IN THE UK AND OVERSEAS BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY. (2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE UK AND OVERSEAS BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO IDENTIFY CHILDREN WHO REQUIRE ASSISTANCE IN GAINING EDUCATION. (3) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH IN THE UK AND OVERSEAS BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PROVIDE HEALTHCARE AND CLEAN WATER WELLS. (4) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER IN THE FORM OF MONEY (OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE) FOR PERSONS, BODIES, ORGANISATIONS AND/OR COUNTRIES AFFECTED.
