Charitable objects
(1) TO RELIEVE OR PREVENT POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, OF REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND IMMIGRANTS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, SYRIAN REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND IMMIGRANTS IN GREATER MANCHESTER BY: A) PROVIDING ADVICE SERVICES PERTAINING TO WELFARE BENEFITS, EDUCATION, HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT. B) PROVIDING EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE, COMPUTER SKILLS, AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP. C) PROVIDING AND FACILITATING VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES. (2) TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND IMMIGRANTS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, SYRIAN REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND IMMIGRANTS IN GREATER MANCHESTER FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND BY ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY BY: A) PROVIDING EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND CULTURE. B) RAISING AWARENESS OF THE NEEDS AND ISSUES AFFECTING REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND IMMIGRANTS. C) PROVIDING AND FACILITATING VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THESE GROUPS, PARTICULARLY FOR WOMEN AND YOUNG PEOPLE. D) PROMOTING THE ARTS, CULTURE AND HERITAGE OF THESE COMMUNITIES. E) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL FACILITIES THAT BRING COMMUNITIES TOGETHER AND RELIEVE ISOLATION. (3) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN SYRIA. IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS BUT NOT OTHERWISE, THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER TO ENGAGE IN POLITICAL ACTIVITY PROVIDED THAT THE TRUSTEES ARE SATISFIED THAT THE PROPOSED ACTIVITIES WILL FURTHER THE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY TO AN EXTENT JUSTIFIED BY THE RESOURCES COMMITTED AND THE ACTIVITY IS NOT THE DOMINANT MEANS BY WHICH THE CHARITY CARRIES OUT ITS OBJECTS.
