TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND THE RELIEF OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITH EMPHASIS ON BLACK AND ETHNIC MINORITIES(BMES) LIVING IN INNER CITY AREAS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MENTORING AND TUTORING SESSIONS TO RAISE AWARENESS AND OPPORTUNITIES IN HIGHER EDUCATION: A) BY PROMOTION OF FURTHER EDUCATION AND PROVIDING INSTRUCTION OR TRAINING IN SKILLS NEEDED IN EMPLOYMENT OR FURTHER EDUCATION. B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS AND CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
