FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE HOMELESS PEOPLE TO OBTAIN/MAINTAIN ACCOMMODATION. IV. EXPLORE WAYS OF PREVENTING BENEFIT WITHDRAWALS THAT RESULT IN HOMELESSNESS.
