TO PROMOTE THE BENEFICIAL AREA WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTORITIES VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTRESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATIOON AND LIEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIF FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
