Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:
A) THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF EARLS BARTON IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING AMATEUR SPORTS WHICH AIM TO IMPROVE PHYSICAL HEALTH AND FITNESS; AND
B) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF EARLS BARTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
