TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND IN PARTICULAR THE STUDY OF PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES AND THEIR OPERATORS IN THE BRITISH ISLES FROM THE INTRODUCTION OF BUSES TO THE CURRENT DAY BY: - RECORDING CURRENT DEVELOPMENTS IN PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES AND CREATING AND MAINTAINING A LIBRARY CONTAINING ANY BOOKS, MANUSCRIPTS, PHOTOGRAPHS, FILMS, SOUND RECORDS OR OTHER ITEMS WHATSOEVER CONNECTED WITH THE STUDY OF PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES INCLUDING VEHICLE AND OPERATOR RECORDS. - MAKING AVAILABLE FOR STUDY AND RESEARCH THE BODY OF PUBLISHED RECORDS OF THE CHARITY TO RESEARCHERS, STUDENTS AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC. - PUBLISHING AND OTHERWISE DISSEMINATING THE MATERIALS IN THE LIBRARY AND ALL OTHER MATERIALS OF THE CHARITY. - PROVIDING OR ARRANGING TALKS, LECTURES, CONFERENCES, MEETINGS, SEMINARS, EXHIBITIONS, OPEN DAYS, DISPLAYS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS FOR DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION ABOUT PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES.
